Flexible Working
The BT group operates a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.

About the role

You'll join EE Consumer's Customer Loyalty & Rewards team, part of the Consumer Sales & Service organisation. This newly established operating model has been created to evolve EE's customer rewards proposition and deliver greater value throughout the customer lifecycle. The team designs, delivers and continuously improves reward experiences that strengthen customer engagement, drive loyalty and support long-term retention.

As a Product Manager, you'll own the digital rewards experience across EE's website and app, ensuring customers can easily discover, understand and engage with the value available to them. You'll shape the product roadmap for your area, translate customer, business and commercial needs into prioritised outcomes, and manage a well-defined backlog from discovery through to delivery. Working closely with Designers, Engineers, Data, Commercial teams and fellow Product Managers, you'll define requirements, make informed trade-offs, and ensure every release delivers measurable customer and business value.

This is an exciting opportunity to help establish a new function and shape one of EE's most visible customer propositions. You'll lead discovery activities, validate opportunities through customer insight, data and experimentation, and align stakeholders around priorities and outcomes. You'll guide solutions from concept to launch and continuous optimisation, champion accessible and customer-centred design, manage dependencies across teams, and use performance data to drive engagement, loyalty, retention and long-term growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the product vision for rewards, roadmap and outcomes for your area, using customer insight, data and commercial priorities to define success.
  • Gather and translate customer and business requirements into deliverable product features
  • Lead an Agile squad, prioritising backlog and coordinating delivery across design, engineering and analysis teams
  • You’ll bring the outside in, provoking the broader Digital Sales team to think differently and more innovatively about commerce in EE
  • Embed a “digital-first” and increasingly AI-enabled approach to product development
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers and stakeholders to create simple, effective customer experiences
  • Influence and align stakeholders across a complex, matrix organisation
  • You'll be ruthlessly customer focussed by interrogating customer insight and data to identify key customer needs whilst supporting business priorities
  • You’ll frequently communicate (within the team and broader business and occasionally externally) our strategy and stories that show how we are making progress towards achieving it
  • Lead the multidisciplinary squad through discovery, build and launch; align stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and use testing and performance data to improve the product continuously.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Proven experience owning and delivering digital products within an Agile environment, including backlog management, prioritisation and the delivery of customer-facing digital experiences.
  • Strong ability to use customer insight, analytics and commercial objectives to identify opportunities, prioritise activity and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams to align priorities and successfully deliver complex digital initiatives.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Experience within loyalty, rewards, membership or ecommerce.
  • Experience leading discovery and defining product requirements.
  • Understanding of digital commerce and customer engagement.
  • Experience using experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Good technical awareness, including emerging technologies and AI.
  • Creative problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience within a large-scale consumer organisation.
