About the role
The Broadband Household squad sits at the heart of how customers manage their connectivity via our digital self-service channels. This squad owns key household management journeys including Parental Controls, Connected Devices, Network Security and Performance as well as owning Parental Controls across both Mobile and Broadband products.
This Product Owner role provides leadership across one of our most strategically important customer propositions: keeping customers and their families safe online. You will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Parental Controls, ensuring our brands continue to deliver market-leading experiences that give parents confidence and control over their family's digital lives.
The role is particularly significant as the industry prepares for increased regulatory and public focus on online safety, including proposed UK legislation relating to social media access for younger users. You will partner across multiple teams to ensure we are well positioned to respond to changing customer expectations, regulatory requirements and emerging opportunities in this space.
With experiences delivered across app, web, network and platform capabilities, this role requires someone who is equally comfortable discussing customer needs, product strategy and complex technical solutions. You'll define the future vision for these journeys, lead a high-performing squad and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes that support our ambition to be the UK's most personal customer-focused technology company.
