You will join a compact, centralised supply chain team (Milton Keynes preferred) and work closely with internal stakeholders across procurement, logistics and commercial teams as well as external suppliers. The role offers broad exposure across product portfolios, strong stakeholder engagement, and clear opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the wider business.

You’ll play a key role in delivering customer satisfaction by ensuring optimal product availability across EE & BT’s device range

You’ll lead the weekly supply planning cycle, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and actionable insights

Your work will directly influence commercial success, operational efficiency, and customer experience

What you’ll be doing

  • Ownership and management of weekly Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment calls with key vendors; Liaison on delivery slots with details including time, date and volume
  • Management of a portfolio of products through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process including creating/amending PO’s in SAP and ASC 
  • Management of IMEI data file accuracy 
  • Liaison on order confirmations with OEM's and a point of escalation for delivery issues with the warehouse
  • Responsible for ensuring warehouse and therefore retail availability for all suppliers managed
  • To manage the level of target days of stock holding for a product via specific characteristics for those products managed
  • Multi-functional support – provide support to the commercial, accounts payable, deployment, pricing, propositions ranging, care and quality teams.
  • To support/chair Invoice resolution calls, Supplier Forum meetings, attend pricing meetings and manage business processes such as Business Continuity Planning
  • Management of Vendor performance – responsible for OTIF reporting each quarter and presenting this to them via quarterly reviews and other key measures flexibility, collaboration etc.
  • Support implementation of new initiatives / suppliers / projects/ alignment of processes driving new ways of working that improve efficiency eg EDI embedding of new suppliers and planning efficiencies.

Skills we are looking for

  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship and influencing skills
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Significant proven experience of a supply planning environment/FMCG
  • Ideally Degree level education
  • Understanding of the UK Mobile sector
  • Ideally SAP  and ASC knowledge
  • Supply Chain Planning experience
  • CIPS a bonus
