About EE

We’re EE. We are the biggest mobile and broadband operator in the UK and we have a relationship in every second household in the country. But we’re for everyone, on any network – serving up new tech, new services, and heaps of inspiration for every aspect of your connected life.

We’ve been awarded the UK’s best network for the last 10 years. It’s central to our vision – to be the most personal customer-focused technology company in the UK.

That means earning a place on customers’ home screens by offering them more than ever before, whether that’s helping their home run smarter with EE Home, levelling up their play with EE Game, helping them work on their terms with EE Work, or even unleashing their kids’ learning with EE Learn.

We’re also part of BT Group, which we’re even bigger than you might think. Millions of people rely on us every day to help them live their lives, power their businesses, and keep their public services running. We connect friends to family, clients to colleagues, people to possibilities. We keep the wheels of business spinning, and the emergency services responding.

We think we’ve got something special here. We want everyone to feel proud about working at EE – and feel excited about where we’re going and what we’re going to do. Want to join in?

The Scope

EE is proud to be at the forefront of innovation in the digital and telecoms industry, consistently recognised as the UK’s best network for 12 years running. As we move into a new Product Operating Model, this role is central to shaping customer-focused network products that define the future of connectivity.

As Product Manager within the Mobile Network Cluster, you will lead a squad to deliver impactful solutions across messaging (SMS, RCS), security, and SIM lifecycle management (including eSIM). Acting as the link between commercial strategy and technical delivery, you will ensure products meet market needs, regulatory standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is an opportunity to drive innovation, optimise operations, and influence the evolution of EE’s network at scale.

What you’ll be doing

Define and communicate a clear squad vision, develop a roadmap balancing BAU network features with innovation, and set measurable objectives using customer insights and strategic judgement.

Manage the squad backlog and prioritise effectively, applying Agile practices to handle competing priorities while maintaining clarity and transparency across stakeholders.

Act as the link between commercial strategy and technical delivery, collaborating with internal teams and external partners (vendors, OEMs) to deliver customer-focused solutions and ensure alignment on product goals.

Build strong relationships and manage vendors and suppliers, using data-driven insights to optimise operations and support innovation in areas such as messaging, security and SIM lifecycle management.

Maintain high standards for delivery, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements, and ensuring outputs meet agreed definitions of done.

Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary squad, fostering collaboration and adaptability in a dynamic environment, while shaping processes and driving continuous improvement.

Experience needed to be successful in the role

Solid product management experience in telecoms or related technology, ideally with mobile network products, and a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs.

Strong capability in product strategy, roadmapping and lifecycle management, including setting and tracking OKRs, and creating value propositions based on customer feedback, market research and competitive analysis.

Skilled in Agile delivery and backlog prioritisation, with proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused solutions and clear, actionable requirements, while understanding customer journeys and user experience principles.

Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across internal teams and external partners, including vendors and OEMs, supported by vendor and partner management expertise and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate multi-disciplinary squads, with resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
