Digital Product Owner (Homepage -  My EE App 


Digital, Consumer, EE  – Please note this role will be based in our London office 3 days a week ( Flexible / Hybrid )

We are currently on the hunt for a Product Manager to support our BT Group and EE product team, be part of the transformation of our digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for the My EE app Homepage, a highly strategic and visible part of our app experience. This is an area we are investing in heavily, leveraging best-in-class personalisation to tailor content to customer’s needs. 


You'll operate at squad level, leading a cross functional team of colleagues, delivering world class products. You'll influence the experience of millions of customers. 


The exact digital product or journey in scope of any of our roles will evolve over time. You’ll be assigned to a squad based upon a combination of your background, development needs, interests and the business’ needs.

What You'll Be Doing


  • You'll inspire, coach and guide a squad to ensure the delivery of outcomes to support the customer and business 
  • You'll be ruthlessly customer focussed by interrogating customer insight and data to identify key customer needs whilst supporting business priorities 
  • You’ll use the product vision and strategy to define and evolve objectives and key results for your squad 
  • You'll input into your squad strategy and prioritise a backlog to support this with a positive value to effort ratio 
  • You'll leverage the squad's skills to collaboratively discover and iterate solutions that are valuable, usable, feasible and viable 
  • You'll measure and clearly communicate your product’s performance and demonstrate how this contributes to the digital and business objectives 
  • You'll nurture partnerships with stakeholders and collaborate with them to achieve the product vision

  • Coach, mentor and provide feedback where appropriate.

  • Understands and applies lean principles of rapid build / measure / learn cycles. 
  • Works with peers, scrum teams and business stakeholders to maximise value created by squad.

  • Technically Knowledgeable – Has a thirst to understand and learn their product’s features and technical composition. Is aware of new technologies and the potential they provide.

  • Data driven, consuming data and insight, utilising this to drive great customer experiences
