General Responsibilities:


•    Front line employee performing all the functions of the IT Change and Delivery Professional role 
•    Owning, driving, communicating, updating and proactively representing BT IT Change Management in all domains of activities

 

Main Tasks:

 

    Management of IT change requests (BT internal, international)
    Managing of licenses and licenses contracts (BT internal, international)
    Performing ISO 20K Tasks (BT internal)
    Mobile Management (BT internal)

 

Required Experiences and Skills

 

•    Fluency in both written and spoken English and German
•    Service Desk expériences (Incident Management + Change Management)
•    Excellent communication and customer care
•    Confident Windows and MS Office user
•    Willingness to handle difficult situations
•    Team-player attitude
•    Customer-oriented thinking
•    Fresh-grads are also welcome


Desirable Skills 

 

•    Affinity to technology 
•    Understanding of the IT products is a plus (IT Infrastructure, Cloud, …….)
•    Enthusiastic and pro-active personality
•    ITIL/ISO 20K certification
•    Service Management related process experience (Problem Management, Change Management, Incident Management, IT Security, Customer Relationship Management, Contract Management (SLA, OLA, UC))
•    Knowledge of IT Servicemanagement Tools based on IBM or HP (Expedio, HP Servicemanager, ….)
•    Project Management skills/certifications (Prince2)
